1.负责对材料、构件、半成品、成品等的质量监督和验证工作，对成品按技术要求实施检验，检验合格的办理入库；
2.做好日常工作中自检、首检、巡检的监督工作，对生产过程中发现的不合格品进行处理，对不合格产品有权令其返工，对返工产品及时跟踪，返工合格后，准许转入下道工序；
3.负责对车间作业相关人员进行质量控制和职业道德教育；
4.质量技术指挥和质量技术交底工作，深入现场，及时反映质量动态，找出原因，提出改进质量的措施，并对改进工作的过程进行跟踪，做好记录，组织相关人员进行分析，找出原因、采取措施及时解决。
任职资格
1.大专及以上学历，年龄45岁以下；
2.从事生产制造相关工作3年以上；
3.同行业工作经验者优先；
4.熟悉图纸、焊接工艺及焊接知识；熟练使用量具，熟悉质量标准。
