1、执行公司财务部门各项工作指令，负责项目财务管理和会计核算工作。
2、负责协调银行、税务、业主（财务）及相关单位事宜。
3、负责向业主及总包单位办理工程款结算，负责收缴风险抵押金和相关方的投标履约保证金。
4、负责项目日常会计核算工作，按要求报送各类资料。建立健全各类台账，并与相关方及时对账，确保账账、帐实相符。
5、负责上报资金计划，复核资金审批的数据并按批准的资金计划办理结算，并监督专项资金使用，保证资金的安全。
6、根据项目施工计划，负责并参与项目资金预算的编制、审批、调整和考核。
7、负责项目税务日常工作。
8、负责项目会计档案的管理。
9、积极参与项目成本管理活动，负责职责内的成本管理工作。
10、负责办理项目最终结算手续，收取工程款、质保金。
11、及时清理、核实债权债务数据，及时通知项目各部门清理未了款项。
12、负责项目会计档案、台账等资料的移交。
任职要求：
1、财会类、会计电算化类等专业，全日制大专及以上学历。
2、5年以上同行业同岗位从业经验，持有中级以上资质证书有限考虑。
3、财务成本和法律意识强，沟通协调能力强。
4、能适应长期出差。
