招聘对象： 应届毕业生
1）制定和更新工艺文件和关键岗位作业指导书。
2）持续跟踪生产流程、进行数据收集，以发现需要改进的领域（统计过程控制）。
3）负责指导生产线的工艺应用，现场指导培训员工，并检查现场工艺执行情况。
4）在确保符合安全和质量标准的同时，进行测试，更新系统/流程和程序。
5）纠正和解决日常反映的工艺技术问题，并制定预防措施。
6）保持和集团公司工艺部门的沟通与交流，负责相关行动计划部署。
7）发展最佳实践和创新解决方案，提高生产率、产出质量和降低成本。
8）参与产品工业化项目；参与项目时间管理、沟通管理、风险管理和相关方管理等。
9）负责合同评审中工艺部分的评审。
10）完成公司领导交办的其它相关工作。
1) Develop and update process documents and work instructions for key positions.
2) Continuously track the production process and conduct data collection to identify areas for improvement (Statistical Process Control).
3) Be responsible for guiding the process application of the production line, instructing and training employees on-site, and checking the implementation of the on-site process.
4) Test, update systems/processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
5) Correct and solve the process and technical problems reflected on a daily basis, and formulate preventive measures.
6) Maintain communication and exchanges with the technology department of the group company, and be responsible for the deployment of relevant action plans.
7) Develop best practices and innovative solutions to increase productivity, quality and reduce costs.
8) Participate in industrialization projects; participate in the project time management, communication management, risk management and stakeholder management, etc.
9) Be responsible for the review of the process part of the contract review.
10) Complete other related work assigned by company leaders.
能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements
1）教育背景Education： 本科及以上学历，机械或者材料成型类相关专业 Bachelor's degree or above, Major in mechanical or material forming.
2）知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training：参加学习产品涉及到的相关标准，例如API 5CT、API 5B等产品相关标准。
Participate in the standards learning relating to products, such as API 5CT, API 5B and other product-related standards.
3）语言要求Language requirement：大学英语六级，良好的英语听、说、读、写。CET-6, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4）能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：熟练使用office相关办公软件；良好的数据分析能力。
Be proficient in using office software; and have good data analysis capabilities.
5）态度要求Attitude requirement：工作认真积极主动。Work proactively.
