The farm manager will be located at our trial and demonstration farm of 250 Mu in Shouguang, Huanglong Town, Shandong Province.
农场经理工作地点在公司位于山东省寿光市化龙镇蔬菜品种试验展示田（占地250亩）。

The farm manager will be responsible for the following activities（农场经理主要职责）：
- Management and recruitment of farm labor at our farm in Shouguang.
管理和招聘寿光农场工人。
- Management of farm according to the requirements of our trial managers.
根据试验经理要求管理农场。
- Maintenance of our farm and farm facilities.
保持农场和农场设备状态良好。
- Farm administration according to requirements of our financial department.
根据财务部的要求进行农场行政管理。
- The farm manager will report directly to the managing director of the company.
农场经理直接向公司执行总裁汇报。

Qualifications
资质要求:
- Agricultural background preferable university graduate with major in horticulture.
- 农业大学园艺或植物保护专业本科以上学历。
- At least 10 years experience in a similar position.
- 必须具有同等职位10年以上工作经验。
- Comprehensive experience in farm management.
- 全面的农场管理操作实践经验。
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin and English, both verbally and writing.
- 口语和书写必须能用普通话和英语进行交流。
- Excellent communication skills.
- 良好的与别人沟通交往的能力。
- Basic computer skills.
- 基本的计算机操作技能。
- Honest, confident and with good health.
- 为人正直，诚实自信，身体健康。
- Independent, resourceful and highly motivated.
- 能够独立开展工作，善于学习并积极主动。
- The candidate must be a citizen of Shouguang Area.
- 本职位要求应聘者为寿光地区居民。
