根据企业战略制定人力资源战略,收集和分析人力资源情报信息,制订人力资源招聘、调配、培训、开发及发展计划等政策和措施;负责开展薪酬管理、绩效考核、招聘、保险等工作;
负责建立与完善企业人力资源管理体系,建立各项人力资源管理制度及工作标准;
负责建立和维系企业与国内外有关单位的联系,建立人力资源交流渠道;
负责企业薪酬绩效分配、员工关系等人力资源事务。
任职资格:
大学本科(含)以上学历;
人力资源管理、工商管理等专业;具有国内外大中型企业人力资源主管级别以上五年管理经验;具有大型央企、外企工作经历者优先;
CET-6(含)或同等外语水平;
知识结构全面,具有较好的抗压能力;亲和力强,较强的组织管理和沟通协调能力;富有创新精神和创新思维,敢于挑战自我。

SJ is in the process of applying for the CCAR-135 and CCAR-145 certificates on the basis of the CCAR-91 certificate. As the first base business jet company in Guangzhou, SJ set its base at Guangzhou Baiyun Intl Airport and aims to provide high-end, safe and convenient services for both domestic and international customers. While setting its main business as private jet management, operation and maintenance, SJ also plans to develop air tourism business in central south area.
