大连建发建筑设计院创建于1992年，是一所由国家建设部批准的，具有建筑、规划、景观、室内装修、人防等综合设计资质的甲级设计单位。下设建发招投标代理公司、工程技术咨询公司。办公面积2000平方米。
我院现有规划、环境艺术、建筑、结构、给排水、暖通、电气、概预算等专业工程技术人员102人，其中高级工程师41人，工程师33人，国家一级注册建筑师6人，国家二级注册建筑师2人，国家一级注册结构师5人，国家注册造价师4人，国家注册公用设备师6人。可承接各类工业和民用建筑设计、规划设计、景观设计、工程招投标代理、工程技术咨询、工程可行性研究各类建筑配套设备等业务。

Introduction of Dalian Jianfa Institute of Architectural Design

Dalian Jianfa Institute of Architectural Design was founded in 1992 and approved by the State Ministry of Construction, the Class-A comprehensive Institute of Architectural Design with construction and planning qualifications, and under the ring of bidding agents, engineering and technology consulting firm.

There are existing planning, environmental art, architecture, structure, drainage, HVAC, electrical, over the budget and other professional engineering and technical personnel of 102 people, including 41 senior engineers, 33 engineers, 21 primary Titles; registered first class at the national level Architects 6 people, registered second class at the national level Architects 2 people, registered first class structural division at the national level 5 people, the state registration cost division 4 people, the registered state utility equipment division 6 people.
