2、Develops and manages programs from inception through SOP and beyond.
3、Works at all levels of the organization to build a case for the program and gain the commitment of the department heads allowing the allocation of the necessary resources.
4、Directs, coordinates, and exercises, functional authority for the planning, organization, budget, integration, and completion of prototype and production for assigned programs.
5、Serves as program owner/facilitator, accountable for the execution and success of the program.
6、Establishes and maintains effective communications with both customer personnel and senior management. Provides regular program status updates to customers and management as required.
7、Conducts frequent Team meetings. Leads team meetings, monthly functional meetings, joint customer meetings.
8、Develops and validates program scope and customer deliverables and ensures that customer expectations for quality, timing, and product performance are met.
9、Interacts with customer teams to help develop and lead programs aimed at satisfying customer demands.
10、Manages and achieves the financial results upon which the program was approved.
11、Alerts Management of program risks that are beyond the scope of the program team in an appropriate timeframe; identifies risk factors and seeks to mitigate adverse impact.
12、Drives the APQP process to meet cost, timing, and delivery objectives in a TS****** environment.
13、Ensures internal and external documentation requirements are met.Creates and manages program timelines to meet critical milestones.Ensures that common inquiries or complaints from customers and internal personnel are handled in a timely manner.
14、Develops relationships with customers that make the product launches an experience that contributes to awarding new business in the future.
15、Understands, analyzes, and interprets financial reports and engineering documents/data.

二、JOB REQUIREMENTS
1、Minimum of 5 years experience with Program Management or Customer Team Management.
2、Requires at least 4 years experience in automotive business, product development and launch on a Tier 1 or 2 level.
3、Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Project.
4、Demonstrated team leadership experience required.
6、Strong program management skills in resource, task, and budget planning are required.
7、High level of technical competence, problem solving, and organization and communication skills
8、Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing functions within the automotive supplier market segment.
9、Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
1. 三年以上汽车行业项目管理工作经验,具备汽车连接器类产品项目工作经验者佳;
2. 熟悉项目流程。具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织策划能力、应变能力;
3. 熟悉TS******质量管理体系,并能熟练运用;
