工作职责Job Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for communication with customer (Technical requirements interpretation and sorting), making project planning.
负责与客户沟通(技术需求的解读与整理) ，制定项目计划。
2.Lead a team to complete product development and verification.
带领团队完成产品设计和验证。
3.Responsible for project related cross – functional communication and coordination.
负责项目相关的跨部门沟通与协作。
4.Participate in formulating designing scheme, design review and resolving major issues.
参与设计方案制定，设计评审和重大问题的解决。
任职要求 Job Requirements：
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronics/automation/communication related science and engineering
全日制本科及以上学历，电子/自动化/通讯相关理工类专业。
2.More than 5 years working experience in hardware design of industrial control and power, proficient in using Altium Designer software。
5年以工控或者电源类硬件设计工作经验，熟练使用Altium Designer 软件。
3.More than 2 years project management experience.
两年以上项目管理经验。
4.Have good English ability.
具备良好的英语能力。
5.Experience in the controller development of power tools and garden tools is preferred.
具备电动工具、园林工具控制器开发经验者优先。
