培训经历 Training Experience:
a. 精益生产管理相关培训
b. 汽车行业TS技术工具（PFMEA、SPC）培训经历
经 验 Work Experience:
机械行业生产管理5年及以上经验
熟悉TS工具的使用（PFMEA、SPC）
技能技巧 SkillsCompetence:
熟悉制造业的管理模式和人力配置
◆熟悉冲压件或注塑产品的生产流程和工艺
◆优秀的自学能力、较强的动手能力和实践意识
◆流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力
◆熟练的报告演示技巧

工作内容：
1. 工作内容 Job Content: 日常生产管理 Daily production arrangement
#61656; 保证生产计划的平稳实施；
Keep production schedule running in good condition
#61656; 解决生产过程中的异常，潜在的问题的发现及拟定相应的解决方案；
Finds out and solves problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks
#61656; 提高生产效率，降低员工的劳动强度
Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity
#61656; 整理及分析生产数据；
Collect analyze data related to production activity
#61656; 监督生产所需原辅料、工具、设备等的使用情况；
Supervise on the conditions of RM, IM, equipments and machines in production line
#61656; 协助生产经理控制及维护本部门质量体系的正常运行；
Assist on Plant Manager to control and keep quality system smoothly within the department
#61656; 协助生产经理设计生产现场布局及人员配置；
Assist on Plant Manager make shop floor layout and manpower assignment
#61656; 组织对检验中发现的不合格品进行处理
Handle the rejected products during the process of quality inspection
2. 积累生产中的技术工艺KNOW-HOW，建立生产所必须的标准操作规程并在实践工作中不断完善及改进。

3. 生产现场管理 shop floor management
